The RRK Award

The Fund and Awards were established to celebrate and communicate the contributions and philosophy of Rowena Reed Kostellow, who taught in Pratt’s Department of Industrial Design for more than 50 years. The Fund’s mission is to introduce her ideas to new generations of designers by supporting scholarships, publishing, and programs. Two Rowena Reed Kostellow Awards - one to a student and one to a professional - are presented annually.
